Please review the listed dimensions, materials, configuration, colour, and included components before ordering. Styling accessories shown in photographs are included only where the product description expressly says so.

For custom furniture, please review and confirm the specifications provided with your quotation before approving the order.

We may update product listings, discontinue products, or limit quantities and delivery availability, subject to applicable law and our obligations concerning accepted orders.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance.

Orders may be declined or cancelled for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or significant listing errors, subject to applicable law.

If an order is changed, declined, or cancelled, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout. Where payment has already been collected, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and accurate contact details. Before ordering, please check whether the furniture can pass through relevant doorways, staircases, lifts, and other access points, and tell us about any access restrictions.

Ownership and responsibility for loss or damage will pass in accordance with the agreed delivery terms and applicable law. Nothing in this section excludes our responsibilities or your rights relating to damaged, missing, or undelivered goods.
